Prom Photography – Capturing Precious Moments

It is true that this summer’s weather has been a bit rubbish… I think we’ve had a couple of weeks of really warm weather and this particular prom photoshoot happened to be on the hottest day of that 2 weeks!  It was a sweltering 31 degrees when I pulled up to the scenic field in Old Bedhampton that my prom girl Sky had chosen.

I love prom photography photoshoots, they are so much fun! Prom season is nearly upon us and judging by the calls I have been receiving it looks like they are back on this year. This takes me back to Lucia’s prom which I photographed nearly 2 years ago when proms were last on.

In October 2019, I made tracks for Coventry to photograph a panel of inspirational speakers at a Prison Officer graduation. These Prison Officers are hidden heroes — their job will take them on an emotional rollercoaster in what will be one of the most difficult jobs in the UK.
